The 2023 Woodcutter’s Semillon has an herbal nose of green apple, lychee, straw and lemongrass, but it displays more complex aromas of smoky almond and honeysuckle and a creamy texture from natural malolactic fermentation, with a spicy mineral flint and exotic fruit flavors on the palate.
