Champagne is typically made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. “Blanc de Blancs” are all Chardonnay, while “Blanc de Noirs” are made from Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunier. Champagne has fine bubbles, spicy aromas, ripe fruit flavors, a refreshing taste and a clean finish. It is a great wine for celebrating and sharing.
 
Founded in 2000 by Koji Nakata, Lou Dumont Winery combines Asian culture with Burgundy tradition to produce silky, elegant and exotic wines. He pays attention to details such as terroir, aging, and technology, and selects high-quality grapes from small wineries for brewing. The winery was established in Gevrey-Chambertin, Cote de Nuits in 2003. Adhering to the concept of "Heaven, Earth and Man", it respects the combination of nature, land and man, and is loyal to traditional brewing methods to create classic Burgundy wines.
